Ihre Aufgaben
  • Führen des Rezeption- und Housekeeping-Teams
  • Check-In und Check-Out sowie proaktive und persönliche Gästebetreuung und Beratung
  • Zimmerzuteilung, Abreisekontrolle, Kassenführung
  • Anfragen von Gruppenreservationen sowie vor Ort Betreuung
  • Monatsabschluss im Bereich Front Office
  • Einsatzplanung, Qualitätskontrollen und Schulungen der Front Office und Housekeeping Mitarbeiter
  • Mitgestalten des Transformationsprozesses (Digitalisierung, Guest Journey etc.) zusammen mit der Betriebsleitung

Ihr Profil

Du begeisterst unsere Gäste mit Charme und ehrlicher Gastfreundschaft, motivierst das Team und kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch, Englisch und idealerweise Italienisch. Du teilst unseren Sinn für hohe Qualität und setzt alles daran das Image unseres Hauses aufrecht zu erhalten. Du bist du als Outdoor-Liebhaber/in und bereit die Region zu entdecken, um die besten Tipps an unsere Gäste weiter zu geben? Du bist im Engadin verwurzelt oder kannst dir vorstellen hierher zu ziehen?
