Chopard can draw upon a vast reservoir of in-house expertise and experience uniting more than 45 different crafts within the twin fields of swiss watch and high jewellery-making.

**Mission**:
We are currently seeking a SFCC Solution Architect to work as part of our team, to oversee the platform usage and help Chopard delivering new digital projects. In this position, you will work collaboratively with the digital marketing team, e-Commerce managers and other external agencies, partners and sub-contractors to successfully scope and implement Chopard brands solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- As part of Digital as a Service team, Solution Architect and design leading ecommerce and website solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability.
- Build a competence center within Chopard on Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
- Lead teams of Implementation developers, consultants comprised of SFCC and Chopard resources. Provide solution direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of projects.
- Responsible for the solution design of Chopard overall solutions. This includes a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
- Coach and mentor internal users team (digital marketing, ecommerce etc ) and developers as they learn to implement on SFCC.
- Provide solutions to problem resolution to complex issues.
- Contribute to on-going process and methodology improvements within the team.
- Managing our e-commerce websites core model evolutions
- Prioritizing our product backlog to maximize the value of our websites
- Accelerating the adoption of our e-commerce websites with SFCC, enable migration of sub brands to SFCC.

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into efficient solutions.
- Be the product owner of Salesforce Commerce Cloud within Chopard.
- Strong documentation skills.
- 9+ years work experience; with 5+ years in professional services/consulting.
- Prior experience leading and working with geographically dispersed development teams.
- Experience with SFCC as e-commerce platform a strong plus.
