- Act as a DevOps professional and stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the space and how they affect defined strategy and delivery model.- Be an advocate and foster the DevOps mindset. Contribute to our digital transformation strategy and roadmap that meets advisors, and IT needs.- Understand and translate our community needs to enable the design and implementation of the DevOps platform. Champion advisor needs and business initiatives through relationships with key stakeholders. Prioritize and detail platform requests to ensure consistent delivery of value.- Maintains a deep understanding of our DevOps platform offering and ecosystem. Develop a complete comprehension of its components and integration points. And can communicate it to a broader audience through an adaptive speech.- Build and manage a product feedback loop for the continued advancement of our product. Field ad hoc requests from advisors and clients and provide support on the grasp of the platform.- Provide consultation and education to the advisors and clients by keeping them apprised of new product information. Be able to communicate and highlight success stories within our community.- Build trust relationship with the DevOps engineering. Provide vision and context so that objectives and clearly understood and delivery is on point.- Understand the entire end-to-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, and user experience design through development and release. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.-
- Be autonomous and proactive; understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Behave as a change agent and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks. Mentor and coach consumers and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed strategy.**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- More than 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a technical product owner role, preferably in the DevOps space. Proven experience translating customer issues/needs into functionalities delivered according to budget and timing constraints.- Avid technologist with practical expertise in DevOps, IT Service Delivery, Program Management, and Strategy. Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone whenever a new technological trend in DevOps space arises.- Be autonomous and proactive; Understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.- Deep understanding of the (S)SDLC framework and how it does map the entire development process with a hands-on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements.- Natural leadership skills as you will be working very closely with the engineering representatives. Ability to operate at the strategic level yet close enough to the details. Clear organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations and strict deadlines.- Strong empathy for the clients, a user-centric mindset, and a willingness to keep high standards. Able to stand up for the team during hard times, handle escalations, be an expert in conflict resolution, able to bring very vague ideas and vision into tangible deliverables.- Extended knowledge and practices with agile methodologies and product-driven organizations.**HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?**
