**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
Act as a DevOps expert and stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets, and how it affects defined strategy and delivery model.

Contribute to the development of our product, the DevOps platform, by collaborating closely with product owner and other stakeholders.

Lead a squad composed of engineers and collaborate closely with assigned consumers to enable the implementation of DevOps methodologies and usage of the standard platform in their context.

Understand the full end-to-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and release. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.

Be autonomous and proactive; Able to understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps and suggest improvements.

Act as a change agent and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks. Mentor and coach consumers and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed strategy.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

More than 3-5 years of demonstrated success in developing and leading DevOps engineers.

Avid technologist, with deep expertise in DevOps, IT Service Delivery, Program Management and Strategy. Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone whenever a new technological trend in DevOps space arises.

Deep understanding of SSDLC framework and how it does map with the entire development process with hands-on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements.

Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to consumers and be a real support to your squad.

Able to stand up for the team during hard times, handling escalations, expert in conflict resolution, able to bring very fuzzy ideas and vision into tangible deliverables.

Familiar with agile methodologies and product-driven organizations.
