**Your key responsibilities**:
Primary responsibilities: Provide direct FS&RE support to Geneva sites (Hive and ETC), and provide second-level FS&RE advisory support to the business leads at the Freienbach and Luzern sites.
- Accountable for the operation of the Hive and ETC sites in a safe and efficient way.
- Provide direct facilities management services at The Hive and ETC.
- Provide facility management services support to business teams at Freienbach and Luzern.
- Manage and develop the capability the Geneva facilites team.
- Manage security and access control for DuPont employees and contractors to both the Hive and ETC.
- Facilities budget management for Hive, ETC, Freienbach and Luzern.
- Manage facilities capital investment planning and provide project execution leadership as appropriate.
- Maintain robust contractor management processes at the Hive.
- Participate in facilities related contract negotiations, including interactions with landlords and their contractors.
- Fixed asset register management for FS&RE at Hive and ETC.
- Offsite archive document management for Hive and ETC.

**Your qualification profile**:

- Degree in science or engineering (other fields possible)
- In excess of 3 years facilities services related experience
- Project management experience
- Contractor Supervision / administration experience
- Languages: English, French essential, German desirable.
- Experience of delivering facilities services in a laboratory setting
- Managing equipment installation or building facilities upgrade projects
- Experience in dealing with external parties (e.g. consultants, authorities)
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Lead by Example, Strategic Thinkin, Interpersonal Skills, Analysis and Judgement
- Capable of effective internal/external networking
- Planning and organizing
- Personal motivation & initiative
