DuPont is an innovative leader in advanced, integrated materials for electronic circuits and semiconductor packaging in

address the increasingly more complex performance requirements through a broad corporate technology base spanning

polymers, fibers, photopolymers, dispersions, coatings and film making. The Industrial and Circuit Solutions (ICS) business unit includes well known industry leading brands such as Kapton® and Oasis® polyimide films, Pyralux® flexible circuit materials, and Riston® dry film photoresist.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- The primary responsibility of the position is to technically support DuPont Industrial and Circuit Solutions (ICS) at large, strategic accounts, and to develop new opportunities with leading Global OEMs and support new product developments.
- Supports Account Managers, Marketing and Product Managers and other ICS support functions in strengthening relationships with customers covering existing accounts as well as establishing relationships with new customers and OEMs.
- Works closely with technology (ATG/R&D) and marketing by providing voice of customer relative to product performance and expectations of product attributes.
- Performs technical, scientific, or information assignments. Plans project approaches and routinely formulates work plans. May be responsible for setting and defining technical objectives and assessing results. May also have team leader responsibilities.
- The role is highly consultative and the ability to combine technical knowledge/ resources to define and meet objectives that benefit customers and DuPont is critical.
- Critical activities include prototyping, lab work, and hands-on activities.

**Your qualification profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, materials science, electronics
- Electronics industry background/experience preferred
- At least 3 years experience in rail traction motors and/or high voltage electric machine design is preferred
- At least 3 years experience in aerospace high performance cable design and experience also preferred
- Demonstrated technical performance, the ability to building customer relationships, and business development experience are essential
- Demonstrated laboratory and hands on experiences
- Ability to use own initiative, effective time management skills and result orientated
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of peers (which will often include other functions in DuPont, customer and OEM personnel) are essential
- Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in German or French is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

**Location & Travel**
- Preferably based at the DuPont office in Geneva, Switzerland, but other DuPont offices/locations would be considered
- Ability and willingness to carry out business travel ~40%
