- At a glance- As part of our HR team at SKAN, you will take on an exciting role in which you will not only design and coordinate HR projects, but also act as a driving force for innovation and further development. You will bring a breath of fresh air and strategic vision to our internal processes and play a key role in supporting the further development of our HR landscape.- Responsibilities-
- Design, coordination and implementation of innovative projects in the areas of HR, reception and the internal SKAN Academy
- Introducing digital tools and solutions for process optimization to make our processes future-oriented and efficient
- Planning and implementation of strategic initiatives in close cooperation with our CHRO, where you can contribute your organizational skills in a targeted manner
- Project management with a focus on time and budget compliance - you will maintain an overview thanks to targeted project plans, regular status reports and detailed documentation
- Support the rollout of HR processes in our subsidiaries, working closely with local HR and IT teams to ensure a smooth implementation
- Proactively identify optimization potentials to promote the continuous development of our HR processes- Hardskills-
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in the field of business administration, computer science or corresponding professional experience
- Preferably several years of experience in the area of HR
- IT-savvy and experience in project management methods as well as in the creation of project plans, timelines and budget control
- Sound knowledge of HR software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and digital project management tools
- Experience in the introduction and optimization of digital processes to make HR processes more efficient and future-proof
- Good knowledge of German and English- Softskills- You enjoy working in a highly motivated team, like to proactively drive things forward and have experience in modern and efficient HR landscapes
- Confident appearance, high level of communication skills
- You enjoy managing processes with service providers and third parties and have interface skills
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure Excellent organizational skills
- Networked thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- An understanding of and flair for statistics and evaluations
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
