**Key Accountabilities**
- **Sourcing and Attraction**: Proactively identify and attract top talent in the life sciences field through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners (as needed) to understand hiring needs and industry trends.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all recruitment processes are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including EEO and diversity initiatives.

**What You'll Bring to the Role**
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years' experience in life science recruitment required
- Strong knowledge of life sciences terminology, industry trends, and key players.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software - Greenhouse and Bob preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of legal and compliance issues related to recruitment in EMEA
- Fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus
