We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a Swiss institution with HQ in CH, for an HR Business Partner. This is an organization which has been going through changes recently and where you will have the chance to make an impact

Part of an international team, you will act as the HR contact point for all kind of employees (from C.Level to managers, leaders to operational staff) of the institution, providing HR support, coaching and creative solutions to the people at all level.

**Some of the main responsibilities include**:
Be the strategic people partner to the business leaders providing data based insights,

Act as focal point for topics related to communication and people as well as driving the change management in project implementations and organizational changes,

Act as a talent leader, delivering HR solutions and coordinating workforce planning aligned with the business needs,

Provide visibility on high potential talent, assist in talent review, succession planning and development actions,

Advice and counsel managers and employees to achieve positive resolution of employee relations issues and support change initiatives,

Ensure business and staff proximity establishing trustful relationships being present on the ground with the managers,

Maintain an open-door relationship with all levels of employees and provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation,

Actively contribute to various improvement projects and processes.

**Profile**:
Bachelor/ Master degree in HR or equivalent with approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role,

Proven track record in an international matrix organization,

Experience driving changes, continuous improvement initiatives to HR Processes and practices,

You have knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, talent reviews, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations,

Affinity with data, dashboards and similar tools,

You have knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, talent reviews, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations,

Autonomous and self-motivated, with initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency,

**You are data driven as well as highly organized**: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently,

Fluency in French and English.
