Business Strategy and Partner Services Coordinator

The Business Strategy and Partner Services group focuses on delivering the outstanding quality of engagement to the 800+ Forum Partners, seamlessly across all industries and geographies and in close collaboration with the Global Industries and Regional Business teams.
We are searching for a Coordinator, who will ensure alignment, consistency, and efficient operations across the whole group. The Business Strategy and Partner Services Coordinator will report to the Group Head.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting the activities of the group, ensuring efficient operations- Developing and owning the deployment of tools to ensure alignment and consistency of Partner Services approach to our Partners and their engagement in Forum activities- Serving as the team’s point of contact for the management of Forum-wide internal processes and activities relevant to the group- Working with other teams across the organization to ensure digital tools are being efficiently deployed and used by our team, and that external stakeholders have a seamless experience engaging with the Forum- Coordinating and supporting the participation of the team in Forum events, including event logistics and budgets, catering, and key event communications- Supporting the development and successfully maintaining internal databases, knowledge tools and team records; providing research and organization support to team as needed- Providing support for the maintenance of key Partners’ records in our systems and databases- Supporting the planning and execution of team meetings and sessions for internal transformation projects; providing general administrative support as needed- Acting as key point of contact for the Global Industries team
To be successful, the Coordinator should:
- Contribute to the operational efficiency of the team by supporting and coordinating team activities and making best use of current and future process and digital tools- Ensure seamless execution of activities and workshops involving the team and support the participation of the team in Forum events- Respond to requests in a timely manner, provide administrative support as needed and ensure Partner records are kept up to always date- Identify areas for continuous improvement and streamlining of the team’s process and approach
Requirements and preferred experience- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area- 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on strategy coordination, project management and process improvement- Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of senior executives and their staff with confidence-
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously- Demonstrate excellent organizational, project and time management skills, and possess high attention to detail- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic- Responsible, independent, and self-driven; Self-starting, independent thinker who thrives as a flexible team player
