The People Services team, as part of the People and Culture group, is responsible for 650+ Geneva-based staff, and supports the Forum’s mission by delivering first-class service in all areas of employment lifecycle to employees, People and Culture business partners and managers.

Reporting Lines & Interactions

The People Services Coordinator will join a cohesive and dedicated team of 3 and will report to the People Services Manager.

Main Responsibilities- Maintain end to end lifecycle People Services transactional activities and deliver accurate people processes for newcomers, staff and leavers, within policies and in a timely manner.- Deliver legally compliant paper and digital/physical employee records for all staff. Update and maintain the integrity of the HR employee information database.- Collaborate with and coordinate activities between multiple internal and external stakeholders and the Swiss authorities to deliver on people processes- Provide accurate and timely support to People and Culture partners and staff with policy, payroll, relocation, immigration, and Swiss code of obligation/labor law guidance.- Ensure all newcomers successfully complete a high-quality comprehensive on-boarding experience, including planning and facilitating People and Culture on-boarding sessions- Assist People Services Associates with the delivery of activities related to payroll, absence management and employee benefits- Ensure People Services intranet pages are accurate and up to date at all times- Prepare ad hoc people data reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders- Manage/assist on ad hoc People Services projects

The People Services Coordinator is expected to provide exemplary service and operational excellence to all stakeholders. The role incumbent will be assessed on his/her ability to:
- Prioritize effectively, multitask, coordinate activities between multiple stakeholders, adhere to tight deadlines and work independently- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information- Learn quickly and acquire new knowledge and skills- Collaborate successfully with touch of diplomacy with colleagues at all levels across the organization as well as external providers.

Preferred requirements and experience- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role with ability to demonstrate relevant general HR knowledge- Swiss HR professional qualification (e.g. HR certificate) would be strong asset or possess a unique blend of HR knowledge and operational know-how- Eager to deliver with can-do attitude on multiple operational tasks- excellent understanding of working in a multi-cultural environment- Analytical and detail-oriented- Great interpersonal skills to influence and grow relationships with others- Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable using HR systems, Workday is a plus
