**In more details, you will**

**Global HR Partnering**
- Partner with a global client group on the people strategy for their function across all Labcorp locations (e.g. Testing Enablement, Companion Diagnostics, ELMS)
- Partner with the business leader to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs, feeding into the overall people strategy
- Analyse and interpret data (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Provide guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning.
- Contribute to global projects with other global leaders and HR colleagues
- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.

**Local (EMEA) HR activity**
- Key HR contact for France, Switzerland and Belgium, collaborating with the HR CoEs with all relevant matters (e.g policy enhancements, works council needs)
- Lead ad-hoc local projects (French residents) and partnering with business leaders on other local projects (e.g Geneva taxation)
- Advise and guide supervisors and manager on absence-related cases: ensuring that the cases are managed sensitively, confidentiality and in line with current policy and local legislation.
- Partner with benefit providers, insurers and governmental authorities on sickness management and follow-up of cases, including but not limited to:

- Supporting line managers by establishing effective absence management practices and individual plans; partnering with the sickness insurers and case managers to identify an appropriate action plan.
- Reviewing and updating the current absence practice and delivering regular training to manager on absence management
- Partner with business leaders on Geneva-specific HR onboarding (regular presentations with leaders) and in some cases, EU onboarding
- Provide necessary information and/or documentation for potential audits or to governmental authorities as required.
- Review work certificates to ensure that they are compliant and adhere to Swiss law requirements

- Build strong working relationships, underpinned by trust, credibility and respect with business and HR leaders
- Seek to understand business strategies and translates into long-term people strategies and agendas
- Actively support the development of short and long-term People strategies with HR BU, COE and business leaders to enable and support business strategies
- Actively support the development of HR initiatives and priorities locally as well as globally
- Support HR and Business organizations and cultures to drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvement and commitment to service excellence
- Partner closely with HR COEs to enable pro-active development and delivery of quality HR services and solutions to meet current and future business needs

**What we’re looking for**

HR Partners are the most successful at Labcorp with:

- 8+ years of HR experience
- Experience of working globally in matrix organisations
- Experience of working in Switzerland required, preferred Belgium and France
- Degree and/or HR Certification/qualification (e.g. SHRM/CIPD) preferred
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus
