**An Assistant Project Management Team Member (M/W)**

**Your tasks**:

- Support of the Project Manager in all administrative tasks
- Telephone and written contact with administrators, owners, craftsmen and authorities
- Preparing and issuing repair orders
- Furniture orders at new center openings
- Creation of signage concepts in cooperation with the Project Manager and the Sales Director
- Verification and signing of accounts payable invoices

**Your Profile**:

- Completed basic commercial training
- Specialist/in Real Estate Management
- You have already gained some professional experience in the real estate industry
- You have good user knowledge in MS Office
- Stylistically confident German and English spoken and written
- You are a committed, team-oriented and service-oriented personality
- A high degree of independence, initiative, customer work and flexibility
- You enjoy working in a team
