**Freue dich auf spannende Aufgaben**:

- Das Enterprise Risk Management verantworten und geeignete Risikomanagement-Strategien entwickeln und implementieren.
- Eine systematische Risikoidentifikation und -überwachung sicherstellen, Aktionspläne erstellen und deren Umsetzung observieren.
- Als beratende Fachkraft Risikofunktionen aus anderen Abteilungen unterstützen, für eine effektive Kommunikation sorgen und die Erkenntnisse konsolidieren.
- Risikoberichte und -bewertungen erstellen und dem Senior Board präsentieren.
- Systeme und Prozesse für die Überwachung übergeordneter Limiten sicherstellen und rechtzeitig Massnahmen und Eskalationsprozesse einleiten.

- Du hast jede Menge Lust deinen Gestaltungsfreiraum zu nutzen und das Risk Management mit deiner Erfahrung auf ein neues Level zu bringen.
- Ausbildungsrucksack gefüllt mit einem Studium in Wirtschaft, Banking & Finance o. Ä. und einem Zusatz in Risk Management.
- Energie
- und finanzwirtschaftliches Risikomanagement Know-how - Idealerweise gepaart mit Kenntnissen zum Börsen
- oder Energiehandel.
- Du bist methodisch unterwegs und zeichnest dich durch hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Management-Niveau aus.
- Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit? Auch auf dieser Flughöhe kein Problem für dich.

- Industrielle Werke Basel. So steht es in grossen Lettern an unserem Hauptsitz mitten in Basel. Die meisten Geschäftsbereiche sind hier untergebracht, auch dein Arbeitsplatz. Das Gebäude ist ein gelungener Mix aus Tradition und Moderne, mit Sorgfalt und Weitsicht stetig weiterentwickelt. Wir haben den charakteristischen Bau sorgfältig renoviert und modernisiert. Hier lässt es sich gut arbeiten und neue Ideen entwickeln.
