Senior Operational Risk Manager

This would be a temporary position until March 2025 with a subsequent extension likely.
Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute second line of defense activities for operational risk management: Perform risk and control assessments; Identify and monitor operational risks; Produce periodic risk reporting to senior stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
• Contribute to efforts to organize risk compliance processes for new products and services associated with Transformation effort.
• Research and present background on industry best practices and guides for risk monitoring practices and processes.
• Provide training on operational risk management practices and the three lines of defense model.
• Ensure that risk artefacts are captured and managed in GRC tool.
Your Profile:
• 5+ years' experience implementing and coordinating enterprise risk management or operational risk management for commercial or central banks
• Solid understanding of risk management and the three lines of defense model for enterprise risk management
• Experience establishing and/or maintaining 1LOD, 2LOD risk monitoring processes and tools.
• Aptitude and experience in strategic project management and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary working groups, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong cultural sensitivity. Proven experience curating diverse perspectives.
• Full business fluency in English
