**IoT Customer Care Agent**

Une grande société reconnue dans son domaine et basée en Suisse, est actuellement à la recherche d'un Support IT pour rejoindre son équipe à Fribourg. Cet emploi conviendrait à une personne enthousiaste et motivée, qui souhaite progresser dans sa carrière. **Mission**:

- Deployer la connectivité des machines chez les clients en contactant le responsable IT du client et en expediant les boitiers informatique,
- Support tchnique des utilisateurs internes et externes au niveau du fonctionnement et de l usage des sercices IoT,
- Effectuer les taches et projets d'amelioration continue afin de rendre le deploiement des ces services plus efficaces et dans de meilleurs délais

Profil:

- CFC informatique au min,
- experience en support technique, orienté réseau informatique
- maitrise de l'environnement windows,
- Mairise d'Office Microsoft,
- Maitrise de M365 (teams, sharepoint, OneNote...)
- Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, l'allemand, l'italien et l espgnol sont un plus.
