**CONTEXT**

The Client Relations Centers (CRC), which serve as a relational hub and sales platform, handle all end-client inquiries for our Maisons from pre-sales to after-sales activities through multiple communication channels. These platforms are overseen by the global Richemont Digital Operations team and function as an important enabler of New Retail, bridging online and offline for a seamless customer experience.

In this context, The CRC Product Owner, will lead the product vision, roadmap and coordinated rollout of Crews, the customized Salesforce Service Cloud solution and its related ecosystem for our Maisons’ distant client relationship activities.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You develop and promote the CRC product vision by leveraging customer journeys and technology enablers for these journeys. You articulate the roadmap by data-driven evidence of the business value, time criticality and opportunity enablement.
- You manage the product backlog and the end-to-end product lifecycle with an extended project team. You follow-up the implementation of user stories with the respect of business requirements and timeline agreed with our various business stakeholders.
- You implement efficient change management and business activation plans across CRCs to ensure onboarding and adoption of all CRC Personas as well as collaboration partners to have a measurable benefit on adoption, Customer and Employee Experience.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- You are an experienced Agile Product Owner, familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud and its capabilities.
- You have proven background in distant customer relationship, contact centers and e-commerce.
- You have a strong business acumen with successful change management and cross-business areas problem solving experiences.
- You are used to working in a complex, matrix environment.
