**Job Description** About this role**

The Transformation & Change Management Lead is a critical Global Supply Chain (GSC) role within the PLCM System & Governance team; leading key projects serving initiatives like PO&T’s Vision 2026, ERP system governance, and beyond. You have the accountability to fully assess, mobilize, implement, and measure key projects that enable Change Management systems and processes as it relates to Global Supply Chain. Here you should focus on fostering a culture of strong governance, change management, and continuous improvement within the organization. This includes gathering feedback, analyzing results, identifying, and communicating opportunities for refinement and growth.

You drive change management of key initiatives impacting stakeholders in global cross-functional business functions within GSC, Regulatory, Commercial, Quality and PO&T to drive leadership in Global System Governance, Launch, Leadership in FG Change Management, and Value Creation. As a leader in change management, the Lead is a key partner to ensure that tools and resources are available for people to develop capabilities needed to make transparent and effective decision making while enabling lean & compliant operations. This role will also have significant value contribution to our ongoing advancement of our ERP IT Roadmap and deliverables. The role can play a vital role in facilitating change, project mobilization, and execution, thereby enhancing the organization's overall effectiveness and performance.

Location: Baar, Switzerland (hybrid work as per local HR policy)

**What you'll do**

**Change Management and Transformation Lead**
- Key Project Leadership: Data access and connectivity; Veeva Implementation; Change Management & Transformation
- Partner with PLCM Systems and Governance Lead and IT on future roadmap and key project deliverables to drive successful implementation.
- Guide PLM users & key stakeholders tied to global integrated process and systems through the process of implementing new capabilities or projects. This involves identifying potential challenges, addressing resistance to change, and ensuring smooth transitions.

**Strategic Leadership**
- Increase maturity of the processes and capabilities of functional users
- Lead in global process harmonization, process change management, and liaison between business functions, dependent processes, and IT to drive forward key initiatives, align resourcing, project approvals, and tracking
- Work with the PLCM Systems and Governance team to develop strong metrics for visibility to project success & engagement; CI and health of PLM Subprocesses and Systems
- Should collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs for team members, equipping them with the necessary skills to utilize the new capabilities effectively.

**System Oversight**

Responsible for maintaining strong oversight and connection to systems leveraged in end-to-end PLM Users
- Enable foundational and robust sources of truth in our “source of truth” Systems. Assess/introduce new and transformational capabilities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Enable lean and compliant operations utilizing the system tools and worksflows for Data Generation & governance
- Unlocking and enabling value creation of core process deliverables
- SME for IT, and IT related documentation, Collaborates on the development of system training, changes. Can drive complex change records for process improvements in AgilePLM

**Who you are**

**Qualifications**
- Business or IT graduate with an affinity for process improvement, data visualization and supply chain management interest
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Supply Chain, Product Life Cycle Management, or similar project management focused role with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- People management and/or Cross Functional Project Management experience
- Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt or similar Project Management certification is an asset
- Experience within an international and controlled environment is required
- Experience with Supply Chain and LCM tools, preferably: TrackWise, Oracle Agile PLM or Veeva
- Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different stakeholders
