**What you’ll do**
In this role you will manage local compensation and benefits provision, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulatory and legal requirements are met through effective compensation and benefits localization strategies. You will deliver the annual review of salary, bonus, long-term incentives and audit the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of benefit provision.
You will also report to the HR Director, aligning strategic objectives with employees and management in your designated business unit (BU). You will work with teams, managers, and key partners to help build the organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
**Other responsibilities will also include**:
Rewards Lead
- Handling the delivery of annual compensation and benefit review events such as bonus, long-term incentives and salary review for the country
- Leading day to day relationships with third party benefit providers
- Delivering local communication strategies for compensation and benefit programmes.
- Reviewing compensation and benefit policies, ensuring adherence with local regulatory and legal
- Reviewing benefits provision, auditing the financial impact of provision and competitiveness to the market
- Financially planning and managing budgets for all areas of responsibility required for delivery of compensation and benefit programmes
- Maintaining understanding of external compensation and benefits environment, including changes in legal, regulatory and best practice approaches
- Building data dashboards with most relevant KPI’s
HRBP
- Providing HR Business partnering to Business Areas/Functions assigned, contributing to the development of the functional area business strategy, through the creation and delivery of an aligned people plan
- Managing projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, employee relations, I&D and organisational change
- Liaising with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions
- Working across the HR function and business, seeking to ensure interventions are integrated in a consistent way that supports AZ’s organisational objectives
- Acting as the main point of contact for HR policy issues
- Driving and supporting the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
- Supporting HR Director with strategic workforce planning activities
**Essential for the role**
- ** 8+ years work experience in Human Resources department, preferably as a Rewards Lead and/or HR Business Partner**:
- Human Resources degree or equivalent through experience
- Know how to navigate and structure an agile and evolving environment
- Expertise in one of the following fields - Swiss law, social securities, simplification, organisational change, rewards
- Expertise in one of the following fields - Resourcing, Performance & Reward, ER, L&D, organisational change, Employee Relations
- Experience in working with Leadership teams
- Proficiency in English and sound knowledge of German
- Demonstrate experience of managing one or more complex HR projects through a complete project life-cycle
