**Business Area**
AstraZeneca’s Respiratory & Immunology portfolio of existing and in-pipeline products encompasses therapies for Asthma, COPD and auto-immune diseases. Our near-term focus is on optimizing the standard of care in Asthma and COPD, while building also a strong team in Immunology. To booster our capabilities and resources in the launch phase of a new product in COPD we are seeking to strengthen the team with an eager professional seeking personal und professional growth within an inspirational team and environment.

**What you’ll do**
- You will lead the brand management for the assigned inhaled therapeutics in respiratory, of which one is a launch product requiring agile marketing and commercial strategies as well as a close tracking of and response to the launch success in the market
- You will be responsible for the annual budgeting (costs and sales) and will monitor these goals on an ongoing basis.
- You will lead the development of the annual brand strategic plan. You are constantly informed about market conditions and incorporate them into your planning.
- You collaborate with regulatory affairs, market access, medical and sales to ensure adequate implementation of the planned activities. Including (but not restricted to) promotional materials, educational events, patient support programs and omnichannel campaigns.
- You work closely with the sales force and are also responsible for its product-related marketing training.
- You will maintain contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events.
**Your Profile**
- You have at least 3 years’ experience as a marketeer in pharmaceutical companies. Previous experience in respiratory and/or COPD specifically is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator and like to set a good example as a motivator and team player with excellent presentation skills.
- You are an innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation.
- Ideally you have experience in working at global level and have an understanding of the drug development lifecycle, commercial as well as market access aspects.
- Problem solving & solution oriented; Safe handling of complex tasks; Critical and quick thinking; Decision-making agility; and goal oriented
- Influencing skills and stakeholder management cross-functionally and at various seniority level
- Languages: fluent in German and English and good knowledge of French.
