**Brand Lead Respiratory & Immunology**

Location: Baar, Switzerland (hybrid)

**Introduction to role**:
Join AstraZeneca’s Respiratory & Immunology (R&I) portfolio team, where we work on therapies for Asthma, COPD and auto-immune diseases. This position focuses on advancing our new treatment for patients with respiratory conditions. **Accountabilities**:
As the Brand Lead Respiratory & Immunology, you will report directly to the Franchise Lead for one of our new biologics in Respiratory & Immunology. You will lead all pre-launch activities for our upcoming indication in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps and support with marketing activities in the current Severe Asthma indication. Your responsibilities will include developing the annual brand strategic plan, implementing the operational plan cross-functionally, and staying informed about market conditions. You will collaborate with regulatory affairs, market access, medical and sales to ensure timely and impactful implementation of planned activities. You will also maintain contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events.

**Crucial Skills/Experience**:

- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland or EU
- Previous experience in marketing (strategic and operational), digital marketing is highly desirable
- High learning agility
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Problem-solving & solution-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in English and French or German

**Preferred** Ski**lls/Experience**:

- Experience in Respiratory
- Previous experience in sales roles
