The Head of Business Process Management (BPM) is supporting the Chain IQ Business and its clients with best practice processes in Sourcing and Procurement, either as multi-client or client-bespoke solution, throughout all phases from transition, transformation to continuous improvement. The BPM function has an enabling aspect, supporting Business optimization, as well as a governance aspect, accountable for the Chain IQ Process House. The role is interacting with Clients externally as well as Chain IQ Client Engagement, Sourcing and Digital & IT internally. The BPM Team consists of the Head and three co-workers; however, the leadership span may be significantly larger during projects.

Your responsibilities:

Managerial:

Functional Lead accountable for the Chain IQ Process House
Always balancing governance and Business objectives Lead the BPM team, driving a culture of collaboration, innovation and can-do mentality Lead the BPM workstream during client onboarding projects Maintain close cooperation with Client Engagement, Sourcing and Digital & IT organization Collaborate with regulation functions for alignment with regulatory requirements

Operational:

Provide input to Sales on client prospect offering Facilitate client onboarding (transition), including creation of documentation, e.g. Standard Operating Procedures Conduct user training sessions on digital solutions Support Business improvements (transformation) Monitor industry trends in BPM to maintain competitiveness and provide innovation

Your profile:

Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Administration or similar Comprehensive experience in Procurement Passion for Process Management Strong customer orientation and excellence mindset Track record in transition and transformation roles Strong in Stakeholder and Change Management Pronounced presentation and moderation skills at all levels of the organization, incl. C-level
