We are seeking an innovative and experienced Head Data Management – Executive Director to lead our organization’s data strategy and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive data strategies that align seamlessly with our business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring it serves as a catalyst for business growth Establish and maintain robust data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance Lead a virtual team of data professionals, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Drive the implementation of cutting-edge data architectures and technologies to meet evolving business requirements Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance business processes, products, and services Ensure effective data management and integration across different systems and platforms Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data management to recommend strategic investments Advocate for data literacy and awareness throughout the organization, facilitating training and communication initiatives Work collaboratively with IT and other departments to align data initiatives with overarching business objectives Monitor and report on key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of data management and utilization efforts

Your profile:

Proven track record as a senior leader in data management, with a history of successfully implementing robust data strategies Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, information management, or business analytics Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving common objectives Proficiency in data technologies, architectures, and tools, with a keen eye for innovation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with overarching business goals
