**Job Description** About the role**:
The Planning Center of Excellence Lead has a pivotal role in leading the transformation of our Demand and Supply planning processes with the objective of significantly accelerating productivity and enabling faster, more accurate insight generation that empowers decision-making at all levels. The Planning Center of Excellence Lead drives proficiency and effectiveness in the demand and supply planning processes, by implementing formal processes, system capabilities and improving people skills.

You will be reporting to the Executive Director, Global Planning.

Location: Hybrid role as per Baar policy ( Switzerland)

**What you'll do**:
**Program and Change Management**
- Lead the rollout of the Planning Ecosystem program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the detailed design activities related to transformation of the Demand and Supply planning processes.
- Manage a program of implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Design and own the business processes, performance metrics, and training related to planning process.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in for the transformation initiative.
- Deploy strategy effectively and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.

**Planning Center of Excellence**
- Ensure Process Governance, Training, Documentation and Performance Measurement.
- Drive the Technology Roadmap and business process (re-)design.
- Own the orchestration of the monthly planning process (system orchestration).
- Design and implement training programs.
- Provide planning process and system expertise.

**Who you are**:
This role often faces complex problems and detailed procedures that need clear thinking and quick decisions to solve. You gained in prior roles excellent leadership and project management abilities. Sound understanding of the Demand & Supply Planning Process as well as understanding of planning methodologies and tools. Strong change management, communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Operations role
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master degree preferred
- Formal Program Management and Change Management education is preferred
- APICS CPIM / CSCP certification is preferred
- Experience in managing complex projects or programs. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in managing change, particularly in the context of process transformations. This includes understanding how to manage resistance, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions to new processes and systems.
- Experience in working with different departments within an organization. This includes understanding how to align planning processes across different functions and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs to support planning transformation. This includes understanding how to equip people with the skills and knowledge they need to work effectively in transformed planning processes.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics. This includes understanding how to use metrics to drive performance improvement and measure success.
- Fluent English skills required
