Earthworm is seeking a motivated **Global HR Coordinator**, based in Nyon, Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:
The Global HR Coordinator will be part of the HR Headquarters’ team, and will be responsible for the tasks below:

- Coordination of recruitments and selection process: job posting; shortlisting; interviews; reference checks; job offers; contracts;
- Coordination of on-boarding and off-boarding processes;
- Management of global Employee database;
- Registration of social charges/AVS; 2nd pillar; permits (etc );
- Development of HR processes and policies;
- Contribution to various HR projects helping to enhance our staff growth and well-being;
- Participation in the training and development of HR representative around the world;
- HR correspondence and update of records and filing;
- Close collaboration with our Global HR Generalist who is in charge of mandatory declarations (administrations, social security, taxation, payroll etc), payroll processing, internship coordination, contract administration etc.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources;
- Any HR diploma/certificate and HR specialization (in the framework of a BBA for instance) would be desired/a strong asset;
- Proven skills in managing the payroll and all the admin-related HR tasks (social charges/AVS; 2nd pillar; permits; etc )
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss Labor Laws and HR best practice;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership and is able to support and train local and international staff;
- Great organizational skills with an ability to work in an agile working environment, take initiative and make decisions, when required;
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Reliable, trustworthy and committed, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail;
- Alignment with Earthworm's core values and strong commitment to live up to them.
- Language skills_
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in French;
- Other languages an advantage (German, Spanish).
- Working conditions / Physical effort- Based in Nyon, Switzerland.
- Office-based position with possibility to work from home.
