About the role

The purpose of this position is to deliver the execution, within the manufacturing site, of supply chain activities in regard to new product introduction & packaging changes

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and packaging change supply chain activities at manufacturing site- Is accountable to ensure they are performed in time (change control / artworks / master data / production order placement & execution)- Coordinate packaging proof completion between market and artworks studio- For packaging changes, ensure execution of bill of materials switch to minimize packaging destruction cost, complying with regulatory constraints

For adhoc projects, supply Chain representative:
- Represents supply chain activities within the project team- Coordinates interactions for the supply chain department

If appointed Subject Matter Expert (SME), represents Nyon plant in regard to GSK continuous improvement process for NPI & packaging change

GxP- Respect all GxP standards- GxP knowledge and (as appropriate) experience to support Health Authorities requirements.- Key interactions: Planning / Quality / Regulatory / Data management

Qualifications and skills

Essential- University Degree in Economy, logistics or equivalent- 2-5 years in Supply Chain Management- APICS certification is a plus- Microsoft Office- Systems: good understanding of SAP is required- Good level of French / English
