**Job purpose**
Our Solution Advisors have a vital task: understanding the needs of a potential client and communicating the value of our solution. You will act as a bridge between the potential client and the beqom sales team. This means:

- Communicate the value of beqom to a potential client, including doing demonstrations, discussing details of reward and compensation processes, and written documentation.
- Engage with the Reward and Compensation professionals in a potential beqom client to understand their high level strategic challenges and objectives, as well as gaining an understanding of the details of their compensation processes;
- Discuss with people at all levels: from the Global Head of Reward in a huge multinational to a junior Reward analyst in a mid-sized company;
- Mapping the capabilities and functionality of beqom’s technology to the potential client.

**Experience Level**
You’ll need at least 3 years experience in a sales, presales, or other customer facing role in HR Technology.
**Duties and responsibilities**
As a Solution Advisor, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Support the beqom Sales to win new clients;
- Plan and deliver demos to show the value of beqom and meet the requirements of the potential client;
- Plan and deliver proof-of-concepts, where potentially hundreds of requirements need to be mapped to beqom’s technology;
- Deliver high quality written documentation, including RFP responses, security questionnaire responses and more;
- Understand the future of Reward and Compensation, and develop ideas around how exciting new technologies could bring value to the Reward function (from the business side, you don’t need to be a technology expert - we have those).
**Must have**
- Fluent in German and English;
- Experience in HR Tech, or specifically in reward, compensation and / or sales commissions;
- High quality written and verbal communication skills;
- Personal drive, take initiative, being a team player and flexible;
- Problem solving mindset;
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
**Nice to have**
- Fluent in French;
- Value consulting experience;
- Software sales experience.
