**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compounding of flavor formulae created by our flavorists.
- Proactively suggest solutions to solve technical issues.
- Managing part of the stock of flavor raw materials.
- Preparation and monitoring of samples shipments.
- Coordination of sample transfers to other departments (Subsidiaries, Application and Quality Control labs etc.).
- Carry out measurements on flavor samples compounded in the laboratory (Flash Point, Density, Viscosity, Stability tests).
- Maintain a clean laboratory environment following HS&E policies and good laboratory practices.

**You Bring**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience working in laboratory environment (experience in chemical sector would be a significant asset).
- Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
- Autonomy, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of classical IT tools and digital experience.
- Ability to quickly integrate into a new team and collaborative spirit.
- Fluently communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
