**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, nurture, and maintain a working environment that allows creation to deliver optimal solutions to client briefs.
- Ensure individual coaching and support to the team.
- Establish training & development programs.
- Ensure a continuous performance improvement program (creativity, palette know how)
- Manage the day-to-day decision making and resource allocation in the project management process.
- Follow-up on projects to ensure high quality execution and maximize opportunity to win.
- Evolve the ways of working to improve our efficiency and maintain our leadership.
- Define, build, and implement a regional pro-active creation program (e.g., replacers, tools for differentiation) in line with Category strategies.
- Ensure a close working relationship with global creation, the natural platform & InnoTech to share gaps, exchange, and boost innovation & differentiation.
- Manage successfully complex client briefs (e.g. Tenders) or internal projects linked to crisis or raw material challenges (e.g., Palm oil free, Fresenius)
- Deliver Robot ramp-up in Belgium.
- Nurture and collaborate to our digital transformation program.
- Foster collaboration and ensure a knowledge sharing culture.

**You bring**:

- MSc. in Food Science or equivalent and/or Senior Flavourist role
- + 10 years of experience in the Flavour industry (preferably in technical field) with strong technical skillset
- Proven Leadership abilities and demonstrated experience in managing a team
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including sound influencing skills, and at ease working cross-functionally
- Customer Service mindset; Senior level with technical credibility and gravitas facing customers
- Open minded; flexible and organized
