**International Sales Operations Manager (M/F)**

Reporting to the International Commercial Director, you will be supporting the development of a culture of excellence throughout our retail teams & operations, as well as the expansion of our Retail network (Internal/External). Your main responsibilities will include:

- Retail Operations:

- Running the daily retail operations globally to support our Retail Department
- Coordinate the design and implementation of management tools, guidelines & KPIs, to measure and optimize the Boutiques performance and operations.
- Review, update and draft policies, procedures and reference tools.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure all tools content remains accurate and is aligned with Group, Clients and Business needs
- Provide Retail Business Insights (Retail dashboard, KPIs and staff productivity)
- Liaise with Supply on stock, product deliveries & bookings.
- Conduct market analysis
- Assist in boutique merchandise order enquiries and follow up on product deliveries
- Stock monitoring, stock quality check in collaboration with supply department
- Manage delocalized sales
- Be the guardian of compliance:

- Supervision for International Sales Director/Internal control
- Support Boutique Openings in terms of Capex, Staff, Stock, guidelines and audit/compliance (including new locations, expansions, renovations)
- Prepare and anticipate all possible audits & certifications

**YOUR PROFILE**:#DaretobeRare**
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management and/or analytics in a demanding organization
- Preferably previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment (Boutique or retail back office is a plus)
- Ability to effectively manage a varied and challenging workload patiently
- High sense for business and financial acumen
- Ability to multitask, maintain focus under pressure and ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, SAP is a+
- Strong ability to work cross functionally, the proven ability to effectively influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Process oriented and high attention to detail, analytical, agile with numbers
- Fluent English & French in both written and verbal, another language would be a plus
