As High Watchmaking Operations Coordinator, you will ensure the proper distribution of our High End Pieces to all of our different networks (platforms, markets etc ). You will also provide performance and forecast analysis per market and network to support the team’s decision making. You will drive the physical distribution and information flows throughout the teams and systems. As the SPOC of the markets for the different assigned products, you will ensure permanent backup and activity continuity on HWM operational missions.

**Key responsibilities**
- **Distribution flows**

Drive the operational execution of distribution flows

Provide a dedicated treatment adapted to the HWM pieces

Coordinate physical flows with group support functions

Provide statistical analysis on market sales to support Supply decision making

Drive stock balancing / inter-market transfers operations in order to optimize the stock availability versus day-to-day sales performances and products assortment in boutiques

Manage SAP order execution
- **Product & forecasts knowledge**

Develop strong product knowledge in order to support the markets actively

Plan and coordinate HWM delivery / allocation

Actively participate to the sales forecast process in supporting and coaching the markets

Coordinate and follow up the activity on special products
- **Events**

Organize the SIHH for Supply Chain activities

Drive the Supply Chain team during the SIHH
Manage new products collections for internal and markets use

Coordinate products supply for brand events with dedicated schedule and share the information with events department and markets
- **KPI**

Share with the management and other internal departments all identified KPI’s

Support Markets in their commercial initiatives by providing KPI, visibility on worldwide availability, and specific allocations

Provide one-time analysis or linked to specific projects, which could be required
- **Project**

Participate actively to any transversal projects and initiatives related to the function or assigned by the management

**Key Competencies**:

- Central Sales Administration
- Supply chain principles and inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques and statistics
- Knowledge of planning principles
- Excellent communication skills

**Education / Profile**:

- SAP experience/Knowledge
- Background Supply and Demand planning
- Commercial knowledge and/or expertise
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving spirit
- Good communication and challenging partnership spirit
- English and French mandatory
