**Regional Laboratory Services Director - Consumer Fragrances Europe**
**Geneva, Switzerland**
**On site (sporadically hybrid)**

The Regional Laboratory Services Director will lead all regional perfumery sampling laboratory services (multiple sites and team > 60) and delivers an optimal sampling service to support the local/regional business development strategy with an effective control of operating cost for the below scope:

- Stock management of perfumery raw materials, fragrance oils, consumer fragrance bases and all other chemicals, packagings components
- Fragrance compounding robot and manual operations
- Application laboratories for all considered categories including:

- Sampling for fragrance development/submission and for consumer testing
- Stability testing

**Your key responsibilities**
- Defines and validates with the CDC head the regional laboratory structure and organization, as well as the regional strategy to deliver the global vision.
- Defines the technical means and investments to accelerate the sampling operations, release capacity and ensure the highest performance of all regional sampling laboratories as per the relevant key performance indicators and ensure the highest service rate, punctuality rate, automation ratio and minimum cycle and leadtime.
- Leads change management and deploys the lean management operating philosophy throughout the region.
- Defines, documents and implements global best practices and the means to be deployed to deliver an optimal level of service for each laboratory entity from a quality and productivity standpoint
- Develops a culture of high health, safety and quality standards, operational excellence and performance in all the region
- Builds strong partnership with all internal stakeholders: perfumers, sales, FDMs, Consumer Insight, Fragrance intelligence
- Prepares and manages capex, opex, HR budgets for the scope of responsibilities in coordination with the CDC head.
