Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Geschäftskundenberater/in "**Business Customer Support**".
Unterstütze mit Deiner Erfahrung und Deinem Verständnis von erstklassigem Service den Kundenservice von **ImmoScout24** und **Homegate**.
**Deine Aufgaben sind**
- Du unterstützt unsere Geschäftskunden professionell und umfassend entweder in Zürich oder Flamatt, oder in Deinem Homeoffice und arbeitest selbstständig und effizient im Sinne unserer Strategie
- Du bist die erste Kontaktperson und First-Level-Support für unsere Geschäftskunden in Deiner Region, telefonisch und per Post
- Du übernimmst die Koordination des Second-Level-Supports
- Du hältst die Datenqualität auf einem konstant hohen Niveau und pflegst die Stammdaten in den verschiedenen Systemen
- Du kontrollierst, registrierst und verfolgst die Verträge sowie die Zusatzprodukte
- Du beteiligst Dich an der Vorbereitung von Messen und Veranstaltungen in der Region, u.a. durch Präsenz vor Ort
- Du erstellst Berichte für unsere Key Account Kunden und Partner
Qualifikationen
**Was du mitbringst**
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Deutsch und Französisch fliessend sind zwingend, Englisch ist erwünscht
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice in Wort und Schrift mit einem sehr hohen Mass an Kundenorientierung
- Du bist ein sehr sicherer Anwender von MS-Office, CRM und anderen IT-Systemen und hast ein Flair für E-Commerce
- Du bist zuverlässig, gewissenhaft, selbstständig, engagiert und hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Dinge
- Du schätzt den Kontakt mit Kunden und hast eine sehr starke Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Willen, Dich mit Deinen Kollegen für ein gemeinsames Ziel einzusetzen
