**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this exciting and strategic role, you provide professional expertise and orchestrate the design, development and implementation of equitable talent management processes and programs in order to nurture our diverse talent pool and foster the growth of our future leadership potential.

You ensure the organization is prepared for the future in how it successfully identifies, selects, and develops leaders for tomorrow. You inspire our future and current leaders, and play a crucial role in their career development, ensuring the best conditions for their engagement and success. Main responsibilities include:

- Design, develop and maintain global talent management practices to ensure the development, promotion and succession planning of our future and current leaders.
- Manage accelerated development programs for various target groups
- Sponsor and guide talent management solutions such as talent reviews and forums, succession planning, executive assessments, development reviews, coaching and mentoring, as well as career planning
- Act as a career coach for internal talents
- Establish a strong internal network and work in partnership with the business and local entities
- Work closely with all teams within Global Talent and Development and leverage existing and new policies and procedures
- Monitor effectiveness and impact of implemented processes and programs

You are a proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and passion for people development, as well as excellent influencing skills.

Your expertise includes:

- Several years of relevant experience in the HR and Talent Management field, ideally gained in various HR generalist or specialist roles in global corporations
- International working experience outside of your home country
- Leadership experience in a multinational, multicultural and matrix work environment
- Proven track record in Talent Management solutions
- Experienced on setting up and maintaining internal talent pools (functional and operational roles) in close collaboration with senior HR leadership
- Strong knowledge of Executive Assessments in the selection, promotion, and development processes for current and future leaders
- Strong business partner approach to identifying development and organizational training needs

Your skills and attitude:

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Business acumen to identify talent needs based upon current and future business objectives
- Skilled relationship builder
- Effective in both formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers, and business partners
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
- Business-fluent English, other language(s) is an advantage
