**Project Manager Global Fulfillment (M/F/d) 80 - 100%**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
You lead key initiatives and projects related to the Group Fulfillment for the Large Projects, New Installations and Modernization (LP/NI/MOD) and manage the development, implementation, roll-out and tracking globally.

Main challenges include:

- Leading international teams to deliver key strategic initiatives and projects
- Managing resources, schedules, financials throughout the full project development and roll-out
- Covering the commercial aspect of business cases, KPIs and monitoring safety, quality and cost in all initiatives and projects
- Identifying issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
- Understanding interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

Further requirements may include:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience in an international business environment, preferably in the elevator industry
- Strong stakeholder management in all levels
- Professional experience of commercial project management
- Working proficiency in English and good knowledge of German
