**Business Process Integration Manager Customer Experience 80-100 % (M/F/d)**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
The Team Lead BPiM Customer Experience drives the end-to-end view of the business processes across the fields Customer Experience (Portals), according to Customer Self Services and Customer Care, to continuously improve operational excellence and drive innovation.

The BPiM team is responsible for the further development of Schindler’s business process, extending the global platform and the surrounding integrated customer-facing platforms.

As Team Lead BPiM Customer Experience you are in charge of taking ownership of the area, developing it, and leading the team of BPiM.

Your key challenges will include:

- Driving end-to-end business value management of Schindler’s core business processes and solution in all customer-facing solutions
- Developing an exceptional customer experience and services by influencing synergies paired with orchestrating a global network of business owners/experts and key users in the concerned area
- Driving process commonality, harmonization, and simplification across the process value chain
- Managing the approved project portfolio for process and solution development and solution-specific rollouts on a global scale
- Driving knowledge management and communication as well as trusted partnerships

Further requirements include:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- Functional and leadership experience in the elevator business or similar industries paired with an affinity for communication and transformation management
- Excellent demand and requirement engineering paired with expertise in project and quality management
- IT affinity and knowledge combined with leadership and people management expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems
- Knowledge of IT Solution and Architecture Design, experience in IT Management
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
