**Content Creation Manager (M/F/d) 80 - 100%**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this role, you drive our content creation efforts to support the Group’s positioning and reputation. Through proactive content generation, you support our key themes and business priorities to ultimately generate goodwill and drive demand for our products and services. You will work as part of a small and nimble Content Creation team, whose main mission is to define and bring our Group’s editorial strategy to life.

Main tasks include:

- Support the entire research, writing and editorial process, by performing, assisting with, or assigning fact-gathering/writing/editing/proofreading tasks to the team, or external writers
- Ensuring that our content is engaging, accurate, and free of grammatical and spelling mistakes
- Act as the guardian of the Tone of Voice, making sure that it is reflected across all our content touchpoints
- Develop integrated content campaigns in partnership with other members of the broader Global Communications & Branding team (Social Media, Internal Communications, Product Communications)
- Refine Group’s messaging and positioning around emerging industry trends and opportunities
- Working closely with creative agencies, with a particular focus on producing channel-relevant motion graphic animations and videos, acting as the main point of contact to ensure the quality of the work delivered is up to the required standard and to deadlines
- Build and manage a network of contributors (internal and external) across the urban planning landscape, with a view to building out a thought-leadership platform.

You have the ability to break down complex topics into an engaging prose, and you pay strong attention to detail. With a background in reporting or editing, you possess a good nose for stories, have solid writing and editing skills, combined with a good working knowledge of multimedia production. You’re at ease navigating a matrix and multicultural environment, and you’re able to forge and maintain relationships across various organizational levels. You’re a team player, hands-on, resourceful, able to work independently with little supervision.

Further requirements may include:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications, or Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in producing content for a variety of channels and audiences, preferably in the elevator and escalator market or a similar technical industry
- Proven experience in managing agencies and freelancers, comfortable commissioning content and providing constructive feedback
- Experience with multimedia production (esp. video editing), urban planning topics, and project management
- Well-versed in Adobe Premiere, experience with After Effects and Photoshop is a plus
- Working proficiency in English and solid knowledge of one other language
