For our dynamic Global Treasury team based in Ebikon, we are hiring a Treasury Specialist to lead and innovate in global Treasury processes. This role serves as a key advisor to stakeholders, managing critical financial processes, including Financial Risk, Guarantee Management, and Payments. Responsibilities include driving process excellence, overseeing Treasury projects, and administering a SaaS-based Treasury Management System.


Your main challenges will include:
- Acting as a professional business partner to internal and external stakeholders by providing expertise in Global Treasury.
- Administering and maintaining a brand-new SaaS-based Treasury Management System including educating of users globally.
- Advising on Group Currency Risk Management, ensuring alignment with global risk management principles.
- Advising on guarantee management and implementing group-wide guiding principles.
- Managing and maintaining our global payment infrastructure.
- Driving Treasury projects in collaboration with other Global Finance functions.
- Advising subsidiaries on best practices for managing specific Treasury topics.
- Managing internal and external financing requests from group companies.

You are a team player with a strong drive for results and a goal-oriented mindset. Your strong conceptual thinking and communication skills enable you to tackle complex challenges and convey ideas clearly. With advanced project management skills and a keen interest in IT, you excel at leading initiatives and driving innovation.

Your requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, IT, or business administration.
  • Solid experience in Corporate Treasury within an international environment, Corporate Banking, or Treasury Consulting.
  • Experience in using and administering a Treasury Management System is a strong asset.
  • Extensive experience in managing all types of financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
  • Experience as a business/finance partner to Group Management and operating companies in global treasury-related activities.
  • Fluent in English, and German is a strong asset.
