**Global Learning Consultant (M/F/d) 80 - 100%**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement short-term and long-term learning and development strategies, support business objectives and increase the performance and effectiveness of our employees. You will work closely with senior business and functional managers at our Global Headquarters and other HR and business managers within our international locations.

You will actively sustain the existing digital content in our Learning Management System for non-technical material, particularly the ones provided via plug-ins on external platforms (e.g., Skillsoft Percipio Library) to ensure continued viability, utilization, and KG support.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing external vendor digital content platforms and our Learning Management System for non-technical material
- Communicating and marketing our current and future digital learning offerings and tracking and recording learning actions and initiatives
- Establishing and managing learning and sustainability metrics and budget
- Building close relationships with HR Business partners and other stakeholders throughout the organization and working as a virtual team
- Managing and supporting our learning management system and KG learning team globally.

To be successful in this role, you should also have the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar a plus
- Professional experience in the field of international HR, Learning & Development and Talent Management within a major international company
- You have experience in curriculum development as well as in the implementation of a broad range of development solutions
- Knowledge about behavioural assessment tools and methods, cognitive assessments, and validation, etc. is a plus
- Proficient administrative knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Fluency in English
