**Folgende Aufgaben können wir Ihnen anbieten**
- Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts mit Serviceverträgen und digitalen Produkten für unsere langjährigen Bestandskunden sowie Neukunden aus den laufenden Verkaufsaktivitäten
- Proaktive Identifikation von Leads für Digitale Produkte und Serviceverträge
- Entwicklung/Implementierung der Strategie zur Erhöhung der Flottendurchdringung
- Leitung des Bid Management Teams und der Projekt Manager auf den verkauften Verträgen
- Technische und kaufmännische Prüfung von Verträgen sowie Erstellung der Berichte und Empfehlungen
- Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios klassischer und neuer digitaler Produkte und Konzepte (z.B. für Wärmepumpen)
- Sicherstellung der technischen Betreuung der Kunden auf Basis von kont. Datenanalysen und Expertenwissen, auch bei ad-hoc auftretenden Fällen (Troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA))
- Wahrnehmen der Flottenbeobachtungsaufgaben und daraus resultierenden Produktverbesserungen (Erarbeiten von Bulletins, Sicherstellen des Rückfluss in den Neubau)
- Budget
- und Ergebnisverantwortung sowie Erreichen der entsprechenden KPI
- Vertretung des Standortes Zürich und der dort relevanten Themen im globalen Digitalteam PrimeServ Industries zusammen mit anderen Standorten und dem Digital Business Head

- Studium Fachrichtung Maschinenbau (ETH/FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Management wünschenswert
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bevorzugt im Servicegeschäft/Inbetriebsetzung und im Vertrieb bzw. in der Abwicklung von internationalen Projekten
