We are seeking a highly motivated professional who will make a significant impact from day one. This role offers international exposure and the opportunity to shape the total rewards agenda for your business areas. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting them in delivering key business objectives.

**What you will do**

Part of the Group Total Rewards team, your key responsibilities will encompass (but not limited to):

- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for the Zurich Group Leadership team;
- Leading the Total Rewards function for Zurich’s Corporate Centre; and
- Advising Group Functions business stakeholders and HRBPs on all remuneration matters including M&A situations, benchmarking and remuneration plan design topics.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and performance management;
- Proven track record of successfully delivering rewards programs in large, complex multinationals; and
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
