**General description of the position**

As an account Executuve Coordinator, you will be the central contact point for organisations looking to partner with the Graduate Institute Executive Education in order to offer learning and development programmes to their employees.

Your main driver is to become a trusted advisor for organisations so each programme's business, learning results and impact are reaching a high standard exceeding customers’ expectations.

In close collaboration with our Marketing and Communication Manager and under the responsibility of the Director of L&D programmes, you will coordinate projects to increase the brand identity and visibility of our offer.

Working in close partnership with faculty and other stakeholders in outreach activities, you are directly responsible for developing and driving an effective go-to-market strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop a positioning based on the research topics of the Institute and articulate them in relevant skills to develop for companies or organisations and their employees ;
- Collaborate with Faculty to identify opportunities for collaboration with companies or organisations ;
- Reconnect with clients of tailor-made programmes of the past 5 years to identify new opportunities for collaboration ;
- Collaborate closely with the Institute’s PR team to leverage the Institutional network and contacts ;
- Identify target companies or organisations, build quality relationships and develop lasting partnerships (trusted advisor) ;
- Display a sharp listening ability to understand client needs in order to suggest relevant learning solutions ;
- Together with the director of Executive Education reflect on the price positioning of tailor-made executive education programmes and conduct price negotiations;
- Organize and/or participate in events to promote our expertise and our customised programme activity;
- Identify, have the Institute referenced and participate in calls for tenders for learning and development partnerships and customised programmes;
- Develop qualitative business proposals reflecting the expertise of the Institute and its ability to deliver programmes that have impact for organisations;
- Record all information and interactions in CRM software on an ongoing basis.

- University degree (preferably Master degree) in related fields such as International economics, international affairs, development studies, etc. ;
- Minimum 5 years experience in consultative sales role ;
- Good understanding of academic environment ;
- Customer
- and excellent analytical skills ;
- Excellent time
- Fluent spoken and written English, other languages a plus.
- Excellent presentation and reporting communication skills ;
- Ability to present clear and compelling ideas externally and internally ;
- Willingness and ability to effectively contribute in a team-oriented, matrix environment ;
- Outstanding teamwork and organisational skills ;
- Ability to work with CRM is a real plus
