Position: Key Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic account plans to meet their needs.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with clients to create innovative solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to offer valuable guidance to clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

**Profil recherché**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and knowledge of executive search processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients when necessary.
