- Nous sommes une entreprise d’envergure internationale, active dans le domaine de la location de voitures. Pour notre agence de location de voitures à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche de suite d’un/d’une:
**Front Desk Agent 100%**:
**Vos tâches**:

- Grâce à votre enthousiasme pour le contact avec la clientèle, le flair pour les besoins de clients et pour la vente, vous conseillez notre clientèle internationale de manière approfondie, personnellement et par téléphone. Grâce à vos bonnes connaissances en informatique, il est facile pour vous de prendre les réservations, d'établir et facturer les contrats de location. De plus, cela ne vous dérange pas de donner un coup de main pour le nettoyage de nos voitures de location retournées.

**Exigences**:

- De langue maternelle française, vous maîtrisez la langue anglaise, autres langues, un atout.
- De nationalité suisse ou titulaire d’un permis de séjour, vous êtes au bénéfice d’un permis de conduire de catégorie B.
- Résistant(e) au stress, vous possédez un sens développé de la relation commerciale et vous êtes de nature communicative.
- Travailler sur des horaires irréguliers incluant weekends et jours fériés.
