**Your tasks**
**Support and co-ordinate Performance and Development Processes**
- In co-operation with other team members, drives performance management processes ( appraisal, calibration, objective setting, development plans)
- Responsible for updates, coordination and preparation of Management board talent review twice yearly in co-operation with the Talent Manager
- Coordinates initiatives aiming at improving Talent processes and respective user experience including analysis of digitalization potential processes.
- Coordinate alignment meetings with HRBP’s and Management Board Members on Talent development topics
- Leads Talent Community Calls; topics, invitations, agenda, tracking of participants
- Responsible for the preparation of documents and maintenance of SAP Jam.
- Supports the implementation of new talent proceses and concepts including the roadmap, tools and communication, change management.
- Delivering trainings as required and creating material for new processes, concepts and products
**Reporting and tracking**
- Regular reporting and providing people analytics (using SuccessFactors and multiple sources) on performance processes and talent related data and preparation of presentations with data interpretation (diagrams, visuals)
- Establish and document best practices,
- Update system as necessary in collaboration with the HR analytics team
- Creating and setting up evaluations, interpretation and delivery with relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of data for management meetings (Excel/ PPT)
- Perform audits and communicate gaps in a timely manner
**Marketing**
- Taking up project management marketing tasks in support with campaigns roll out, coordination of translations and digital tool usage (videos, apps), HR process implementation, user adoption processes, delivery of technical train-the train activities.
**Talent Navigator**
- Co-ordinates communication and training to enable HRBPs, Line Managers and employees to use the Talent Navigator
- Maintain the Talent Navigator and throughout the year, co-ordinate Role framework updates
- Act as a first contact for any question related with the Talent Navigator
- Support the Talent Manager to ensure the Talent Navigator is well stablished and used to support Talent Development
**Your profile**
- University degree in Business or a HR related field e.g. Psychology, Business, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences
- 3-4 years of work experience in a comparable role with focus HR Project Management, Talent Management or Talent Development and Performance Management
- Experience in interacting and communication with multiple stakeholders to assess and meet their support needs
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, set priorities and solve problems with a hands-on approach
- Excellent organization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an extended (virtual) global team
- Very good MS-Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and SuccessFactors (HRIS) or similar
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken any other languages are an asset
