You will be based in Zurich (currently mostly working from home due to Corona) but you will also be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
**Your mission**
- Win the best talents for Avaloq - even go the extra mile to find them
Collaborate with our hiring managers - guide, support, explain, understand, challenge them
- Ideate, implement, and try out. Don’t be afraid to kill your prototype (speaking in terms of new recruiting concepts and strategies)
- Show us where we can improve. Engage in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

Qualifications**
What you need**
- In-house recruiting experience (at least 1+ year), preferably within an international and dynamic environment
- A hands-on person who loves to work independently and who rather sees the glass half full instead of half empty
- A fast thinker and someone who’s keen & committed to take on challenges, projects and initiatives
- A team player by heart (but also someone who can manage different stakeholders)
- A person gifted in languages (well, most common language English is needed and German, too)
**You will get extra points for the following**
- Knowing the “Who is who” in Talent Acquisition and the latest trends and topics
- If you have ideas on setting up and nurturing talent communities
- Italian language skills
