**Marketing Communications Manager (80-100%)**:

As a Marketing Communications Manager you will contribute to business objectives through the development, deployment and creation of innovative and effective marketing communications activities in line with Group, Region and local communication strategies, standards and guidelines. Furthermore you will take responsibility for excellence in all communications measures within the framework of an approved budget This position is reporting to the Local Sales & Service Unit Manager - Motors and Drives CH.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the local marketing communication strategy in line with the local sales strategy and as well as the elaboration and implementation of the communication plans
- Develop creative communications concepts in line with global business strategy, Communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning.
- Consulting, idealizing, conceiving, creating, planning, managing, implementing and controlling integrated as well as cross-media MarCom projects and campaigns to support the local business targets:

- Social media and web presence
- Advertising and product PR
- Direct marketing and promotion of sales
- Symposiums and customer events
- Writes and edits promotional materials for use in various media.
- Take responsibility for excellence in all communications measures within the framework of an approved budget

**Your background**:

- Our Industry and the filed of communications is your passion and you gained experience in relevant positions
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing communication concepts and strategies
- Influencing and inspiring - ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others and ability to deal with a wide range of people with tact and diplomacy
- You enjoy a high level auf autonomy and you drive projects collaborative, solution-focused and with the big picture in your mind
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in in German - and French is a big plus
