Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung der Kundenanfragen, Bestellungen und Warenrückgaben mittels SAP
- Abklärung spezieller Kundenwünsche in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern
- Fakturierung von Bestellungen sowie Erfassen von Gutschriften
- Überwachung von Kundenzahlungen in Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Finance
- Abstimmung von Lieferterminen und Warenbestand in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und Lager
- Überwachung, Erfassung und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten und -Konditionen, inkl. Eröffnung neuer Debitoren in SAP und im CRM-System
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der ergebnisrelevanten Prozesse und Servicestandards im Customer Service

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Lehre oder höhere Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Erfahrung im Customer Service
- Fundierte Erfahrungen mit SAP im Sales & Distributionsbereich sowie MS-Office
- Stilsichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse
- Branchenkenntnisse (Pharma) von Vorteil
- Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Serviceorientierte, zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
