**eCommerce Operations Manager**:

ABB Motion’s business strategy 2025 “eCommerce” was identified as one of the key strategic initiatives that the business needs to get right in order to be ready for the future. The IS Operations Manager will be a key member of the eCommerce team responsible for continuous delivery of IS services with superior customer experience and within license to operate. He/she will collaborate with agile and multidisciplinary teams in multicultural and enterprise environment, adopting leading IS technologies.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ownership of ITSM processes e.g., User Access Management, Change Management and Incident Management. Process design, implementation, documentation, management, reporting and continual improvement. Maintaining service levels (SLA, OLA) and assuring service levels from adjacent services and external suppliers.
- Management of support function across all levels of support. Ownership of support model, including support procedures, channels, tools, escalations lines and knowledge base. Proactive support.
- Availability Management. Design of IS services for high availability. Monitoring of end-to-end business processes. Agile deployments without business disruption and with proper risk management. Major Incidents coordination and communications. Assurance of Backup and Recovery and Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Delivery of IS services with high performance. Driving performance improvements, measurement of performance perception and mitigation of performance issues. Capacity Management through load testing, service usage forecasts and design for scalability.
- Ownership of IS infrastructure in PaaS and IaaS environments. Management of IS assets and licenses. Daily system administration and housekeeping.
- Continuous security hardening. Coordination of security testing and audits and vulnerabilities remediation. Lifecycle management of technology stack, ensuring patches and upgrades of core platform as well as external plugins. Prevention of security Incidents.
- Ensuring compliance of IS services with legal regulations e.g., privacy laws, trade regulations and terms of use. Adoption of corporate IS policies and guidelines. Internal controls ownership, design, and operational effectiveness.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as IS Operations Manager, IS Service Manager, IS Process Owner or similar role.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to promote a team environment.
- Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of IS infrastructure and compliance topics.
- Project management and risk management skills
- Experience in service-oriented organization with exposure to both internal services and external partners
- Fluent English
- Previous experience with Adobe Commerce platform would be a significant advantage
