Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
For our Digital Business Service Applications Team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager Service Evolution. You will be responsible for the retrofit / roll-out of strategic enhancements to the Blue Ocean business template within METTLER TOLEDO's organizations to boost productivity and growth. You will define the project plan, manage project teams, manage and monitor retrofit activities, act as a quality gate and is the senior change agent towards business management. You will also ensure that the strategic change(s)are understood, adapted, locally owned and successfully implemented by the management of each unit.
Project Manager Service Evolution 100% (all genders)
In this role, your responsibilities include:
- You roll-out a new state of the art software solution and according to processes to the Service business in our European Market Organizations
- You define and align retrofit timelines and project plans with senior DBS, Market Organization and Global Service stakeholders
- You manage the project team to ensure team meetings are happening, professional interaction towards MO stakeholders and on-time and in-quality delivery of the project.
- You make sure functional requirements are clearly documented and shared with product teams
- You act as senior advisor towards project teams
- You enable unit management and build up ownership by setting expectations, sharing best practices, facilitating cross-unit exchange and job rotation, creating a positive change environment
What You Need to Succeed
The following qualifications are necessary for this role:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Uni/FH) in Business or IT
- You bring at least 2-3 years work experience in successfully managing projects with transformative aspects.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, and have experience in managing multi-nations teams
- You bring a passion for achieving results through effective leadership.
- You have experience working with team members across borders, cultures, and time-zones
- Good understanding of a service driven organization and ideally solid work experience in a service environment
- You communicate fluent in English, German language skills are a big plus
